We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Returned products must reach us within 5-7 days. We also provide reverse pickup services. A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund per order, regardless of the number of items within the order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of ₹100 will be made for the entire order, not for each individual item.
Pickups will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment after two attempts, you will need to send the shipment back to our company address. Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup to your registered email address or contact number. Please return your products in the same condition they were shipped. Products returned in poor condition or that show clear signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product(s). The refund will be issued directly to your bank account. Please note that refunds or bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders made through our website. For COD orders, a store credit equivalent to the amount paid will be issued.
Important Notes:
- Reward points or store credits are not refundable and can only be redeemed on our website.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
