We offer shipping across India. Whether you’re in a major city or a remote location, we ensure your order is delivered efficiently. Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at this time.
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal fee of ₹50 will be applied to all COD orders.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in case of returns.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- For COD orders, additional time may be required for address verification before dispatch.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
These times are estimates, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or courier service issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided or directly through the courier’s website.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We provide COD services for orders up to ₹10,000 in select locations. Please ensure the exact cash amount is ready at the time of delivery, as our delivery partners may not carry change.
Self-Shipping for Returns
In some cases, if reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may need to self-ship the product back to us. In such situations, we will reimburse up to ₹100 for the shipping charges, provided you share a valid receipt. Ensure the product is securely packed and the order ID is clearly mentioned.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
